What Building in Northwest Montana Actually Requires
Building here is not the same as building somewhere flat and mild. Sloped and wooded lots need real site planning before a foundation goes in. Snow load, frost depth, and roof design have to be handled correctly the first time. The construction season is shorter than most people expect, so scheduling and material lead times matter more here than they do in other markets.
